Facility info

Operations Receiving hours 5am–11am (critical constraint) Appointment-required only — no drop-ins Live unload, typically 30–60 minutes Early arrival possible after local trucks load (early AM), but don't expect it; show up within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time Plenty of yard space to turn around — blind backing not necessary Alternative route available: come down 4th, left on Dawson to avoid tight backing angles Facility experience Fast, professional unloading crew Staff consistently described as friendly and helpful Overnight parking available but treated as driver's risk Large warehouse with adequate space One report of miscommunication between broker and receiving on appointment day (scheduled 5am Monday, told Tuesday at check-in) — verify appointment details directly Notable issues One recent review flagged significant communication problems post-acquisition by new distributor; ordering and customer communication frustrations One report of very slow unloading (outlier among otherwise fast reviews) Door loading can be tight if loaded to back — forklift assist available but may risk minor equipment contact (protection board provided) Bottom line Solid facility for speed and professionalism when appointment is honored. Confirm receiving hours and appointment timing directly. Not ideal for early or unscheduled arrivals.
