Gate entrance moved—check with guard. Loading quality inconsistent; some loads come unbalanced requiring multiple scale/slide cycles. Staff attitude is a major issue—window/shipping office staff frequently reported as rude, dismissive, unmotivated. Reception desk mixed. Security staff can be unmotivated. Some positive reports of professionalism and friendliness, but negativity is common theme. Facility itself described as decent location with good docking space.

This place is ridiculous! Got here 2 hrs early. Got into door about a half hour before appt time. They had 2, 2pm appts. Loaded her first, she’s home and here is sit at 4pm still not even an attempt to get loaded yet. Office staff are rude. This place sucks.
In and out 2 hours considering my appointment was 10am and I got there at 745. Receiving has plenty of room to maneuver. No overnight parking
