Facility info
Appointments required — most operations demand appointments, though some drivers report being told they could arrive early and finding that untrue. No early loading policy enforced at some times. Live load standard — drop trailer at assigned dock, disconnect, move to bobtail parking area, wait for call when loaded. Then retrieve trailer, return to guard shack for sealing and paperwork. Wait times highly variable — ranges from 30 minutes to 7+ hours. Many reports of 3-5 hour waits. Cannot leave property once checked in at some points; must have food before arrival. Check-in procedure — present driver's license and number at guard shack, receive dock assignment. Some drivers report getting wrong dock assignments and having to return to correct it. Security gate issues — widely reported as the biggest problem. Staff described as rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, slow, and dismissive. Multiple reports of guards sleeping on the job, hanging up phones without explanation, or having bad attitudes. Inconsistent professionalism noted. Communication failures — security often forgets to call when trailer is loaded. Drivers advised to check in frequently rather than wait for notification. Some trailers loaded hours before driver was notified. Loading speed variable — when actively loading, speeds range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Inconsistency is the pattern — some days fast, other days extremely slow with workers described as lazy or disorganized. No overnight parking on-site — Pilot and QT locations nearby with limited parking. Facilities — porta potty available but described as nasty and poorly maintained in some reviews. Driver lounge with TV and couches reported at times. Occasional food provided (pizza, sandwiches). Showers mentioned in one review. Vending machines present but driver access varies. Yard conditions — congested with lots of trucks. Some reports of employees driving recklessly through parking area. Yard staff sometimes disconnect airline hoses improperly before moving trailers. Lumper fees — mentioned as a cost factor. Hit-or-miss operation — same facility produces vastly different experiences depending on shift, day, or timing. Success seems dependent on luck rather than consistent operations.
