Horrible wait time. No communication. Wait time a minimum 4-5 hours or more. My appointment was at 7 and it’s now 3pm and they haven’t even looked at my truck. Seal still in tack and I’m still guessing. I imagine you don’t have to worry about running your clock out when you arrive here by the time they even acknowledge your waiting-your 10 hour shift will be completed and you will be fresh with hours before they unload you. Just my thoughts. (Update) I literally completed a 10 hour shift before they called and said I was done. I can’t make this stuff up! 😂
Gate loading guys perfect ! Parking place good Need close door Paper will be ready in Gate When green light, they call you ,to go to gate . 4am app 3:30am check in 3:45 door 5:30 am loaded
This is absolutely garbage loading experience. We need to pick up 2 pallets. check in 6:30am, 8am appt. Sitting with -10F open doors 10 hours already! Marked this shipper as NO GO! Worst of the worst.
I waited for a very long time, a lot of wasted time, it is not clear why it took so long, I arrived an hour early and waited for so long just standing without moving, after 4 hours they called to open the door, I do not recommend coming here,
