He didn't understand how much a driver hates to hear that. But he was joking. He was pretty cool. Check-in with the phone number. Answer the questions. Then the security guard will verify the info. I dropped the empty, picked up the load, then received the bills from the security guard. Didn't have to enter the building.

Guard acted like I’m an idiot and pointed to sign and read it out loud to me like a smart ass, well I checked in before arriving like my notes said I could, said they couldn’t find load, so I redid the check-in process all over again… even though the system on my phone said waiting for door assignment when I arrived… so much for checking in ahead to make the process easier when I rolled up to guard shack… the message on where to dock was on point and very detailed, thanks! No information was presented by guards or text on what the check out process is… am I waiting for a call/text, red to green light, where do I go for bills or do you bring them out? The person answering messages is very prompt and I would recommend using that system for any questions, great job [AG] you deserve a raise. I hope that information is helpful to other drivers.
