Very bad experience. Checked in 9:10 loaded 3:00 pm 6 hours for 14 pallets. Front desk lady don’t know about anything her job
Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful operation. I have been waiting here for FOUR HOURS, and they still haven’t even started loading. No updates, no explanation, no accountability. Staff openly ignores drivers, makes eye contact, and continues handling other trucks without any order or system. There is zero coordination, zero management, and zero respect for drivers’ time. This place clearly does not value professionalism or basic logistics standards. If you care about your schedule, your hours, or your sanity, avoid this location at all costs. One of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had in years.
We need more places like this for me was Piece of Cake! Overnight parking in the street without red cordons. They are Earlybids and so friendly abd Profesionals. Thanks #blessingsintheroads
