Facility info

Appointment required — strict about scheduling, very limited walk-in availability. Must be punctual. Load/unload times wildly inconsistent — range from 15 minutes to 3+ hours past appointment time. Some drivers report fast service, others experience significant delays even with appointments. Check-in process problematic — guard positioning makes communication difficult, staff slow to respond at dock window, some guards reported as rude or argumentative. Multiple complaints about unprofessional gate interactions. Staff attitude mixed — some drivers praise friendliness and helpfulness; multiple others cite rudeness, lack of customer service, and dismissive behavior from security and warehouse staff. Facility basics — clean docking area, tight but workable space for maneuvering. Heavy security presence. No mention of overnight parking or bathroom facilities in reviews. Drop and hook only — loads and unloads, no live load options. Location — FL Logistics facility next door if needed as alternative.
