I delivered to them this morning (as of writing this). Unlike other reviewers’ experiences here, I was really impressed that it took only 1 hour and a half to unload my trailer. Staff, from the security up front, to the receiver office in the back, was very friendly. And (as for the west side of the main warehouse building, my only experience at this location so far) there’s a lot of space for parking. What really sticks out to me is how specific the rules are. Once the trailer’s in the dock, you’ve to detach the tractor from it completely and pull up forward 3 feet minimum. You’ve to stay in your truck at all times until everything’s done. Really has me wondering, what event happened here, that was so catastrophic, to the point that such rules needed to be put in place? Overall, good experience. I’d have no problem delivering here again.👍
Horrible location to deliver to! Rude works and no communication! Phone number is disconnected and no way to get ahold of anyone! Do Not Pick Up or Deliver Loads From/To Here!
this place is a joke my appoinment was at 8 am i left at 1 pm dont come here unless you like to wait for hours
