Facility info

Operations Appointment scheduling helpful but not always enforced consistently Gate check-in at 6am, first-come-first-served through morning Must have unload number when checking in Whole warehouse goes to lunch around 11:30am — no one available to check in or assist Early arrival can get you faster dock access Unloading speed varies (30 minutes to over an hour) depending on dock worker and load volume Early unload available for fee ($400 mentioned in one case) Facility experience Overnight parking: conflicting reports. Some say not allowed; others report parking in entry area or weekday availability; staff wakes drivers at 6am if overnight parking used Bathroom available near receiving window (door 201) Staff attitude mixed but trending positive — described as nice, professional, funny, good people by majority Conflicting reports on waiting in truck during unload — some say not allowed and must sit in unheated driver area without vending machine; others say you can wait in truck East entrance recommended; receiving on north side of building Hard floors in warehouse can be uncomfortable for extended waits Facility moved from previous address (6290 Opus Dr, Groveport) Dock conditions variable — one recent report of trailer bouncing after backing in Takeaway Unloading is generally quick (30-60 minutes) when things run smoothly, but speed and experience inconsistent. Clarify overnight parking and waiting area policies before arrival. Bring appointment number.
