Facility info
CHECK-IN: Text to gate, online form, link-based—system works once you figure it out. Door assignment typically immediate or within hours. WAIT TIMES: Highly inconsistent. Some in/out in 1-2 hours; others report 4-8+ hours waiting to load despite appointment times. Load readiness varies significantly. LIVE LOAD: Most common operation. Loading speed fast once started (2-3 hours typical), but gate-to-load delays are the real issue. DROP AND HOOK: Available for some accounts (Tyson); not always ready by appointment. LATE FEES: $ penalty if you arrive 1+ hour late. Trailer must have 3/4+ fuel and be clean. OVERNIGHT PARKING: Available on property. Ask yard spotter or security to confirm spot. BATHROOMS: Clean, spacious. Driver's lounge at some times. STAFF: Mixed bag. Guard shack staff range from friendly/professional to dismissive/disrespectful. Yard spotters occasionally curt. Check-out ladies consistently praised. YARD CONDITIONS: Large lot, easy backing/maneuvering. Well-organized space. RED FLAGS: Early signature requirement on bills before load verification (drivers report as problematic). Trailer rejected mid-night with hostile gate response. Reefer doors opened 3 hours before loading (driver frustration). Some gate/yard staff attitude issues reported. FACILITY ATMOSPHERE: Professional operation overall but inconsistent execution on timing and personnel interactions.

In and out check in by kiosk and check out the same
I have been here many times and haven't had a lot of issues. Unfortunately the 2 times I have dealt with the old woman at the gaurd shack and the old guy in the yard truck have been ridiculous. Old woman in the guard shack has an attitude 24/7. And the old man that drives the yard truck he's just right down rude as hell. Both times I have been polite and thanked him for cutting the bolt seal for me. If looks could kill, he would Slaughter me. The last 2 times I have been here, it's like the person who sends out the text messages just says "Ok bills are signed, let's wait a couple hrs to tell the driver they can come get them!" Last time I sat for 2 hrs before I contacted the person who texts us and asked if something was wrong. I got a come to the gate message after that. This time I text 30mins after I signed and it is just shy of an hr since I signed now, with no reply. This place has gone downhill major since May of 2025.
No complaints about the people. But maybe put a Walmart sign out. If you never been to the area its really easy to drive by it especially if you use a Rand GPS. If you use the Truck Map it will take you right to the entrance. Looks like this was a local day cab terminal at one point. Looks snug but not really all that bad. Getting out there is a couple blind turns near the guard shack. But all in all not bad.
Slow. They have a 3.5 hr window from your pick up time. I was told that
You won’t get loaded early. Got apt 8 PM, came 11 AM, start load 7.20 pm and finish 8.30 pm Not bad, they not supposed to
