Unloading glacially slow: 4-7 hours typical, sometimes all day. Some reports of 2-3 hour unloads but inconsistent. Lumper fees steep: $130–$401 depending on load size. $50/30 min late fees enforced. Appointment system dysfunctional: times mean little, lumpers often not ready at start time, receiving window opens 6:30–7:00 AM despite listed appointments. Docks extremely tight with blind-side doors (9–13). PFG trailers and company equipment constantly blocking access, making backing hazardous. Zero overnight parking. Must park on street (Route 4) or find off-site lot—risk police tickets for no-parking zones. No public restrooms available. Check-in chaotic: staff sometimes ignore drivers at window, inconsistent paperwork handling. Receiving opens 7:00 AM (some days 6:30 AM)—don't arrive much earlier than 30 min before appointment. Staff attitude mixed: some reports of friendly/professional staff; others report rudeness and disorganization. Facility overall described as chaotic and disorganized. Yard a disaster: trailers dropped haphazardly, dumpsters and fuel tanks blocking movement, no room to maneuver or turn around.

I have delivered here many times and always in and out within an hour or two, which is really fast compared to most places. Staff is always friendly.
This worst campany rude people don’t come you will stay two days open 8:00 mornings closes 12:30 afternoon especially didn’t book a load qtl this campany duty and very slow
Arrived 9am for 9 am appointment . Got a door within 8 minutes . Unloaded with paper in hands an hour and 10 minutes later .. had a whole trailer load of fresh chicken . 41k pounds … sat on the property till my clock showed 3 hours off duty to complete my split , wasn’t bothered .. was really expecting to take a while to unload me due to the reviews . But over all - fast unloaders . Parking lot isn’t that bad . Unless you have a super long truck. I did fine in my t680 and 53 ft trailer .
Do not come to this place its gonna take 8 + hours to get unloaded
2/11/26 no overnight parking I got here at 6 am my appointment was 7:00 am they unload me right way yall did good jobs and you can go park for night this addresses 3 minutes way 8740 Michael Lane
