Drop and hook operation. Check-in & Wait Times Early check-in (30-60 min before appointment) sometimes gets immediate doors, sometimes results in hours of waiting with no updates or ETA. Inconsistent. At least one report of 20+ hour detention. Facility Experience Street parking available overnight. Staff described as friendly and hardworking when moving smoothly. Attitude becomes dismissive during delays. No communication is the bigger complaint than actual wait length. Operational Issues Long delays have cost drivers reefer fuel and significant time. Some days fast, other days slow—no clear pattern. Staff won't provide ETAs during backups.

Checked in an hour early at 1:00 PM for my 2:00 PM appt. It’s 7:00 PM now and I'm still sitting here with no door. No communication from the staff whatsoever. They won't give any ETA, just a dismissive 'I don't know, we'll call you.' Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. UPDATE: Finally got loaded the next morning. Total detention time was over 20 hours! Absolutely unacceptable.
Taste horrible found a piece of rubber in my entree. Disgusting and overrated! Don't buy this product!
Quick In-N-Out fast loading. Overnight parking on the street the street is not really busy plenty of space on the side of the street. I checked in at 1 o’clock for 2 PM appointment and I was out by 2 PM
Very bad service
If I could give 0 stars to Kevin’s Natural Foods, I would. Had a pickup appointment at 1500, checked in early at 1400 like a professional. It’s now 1700 and they haven’t even started loading yet. No updates, no communication, nothing. Just sitting here for hours for no reason. They had me running my reefer unit the whole time for absolutely nothing. That’s wasted fuel and wasted time. Completely unprofessional and no respect for drivers’ schedules. If you value your time and money, be prepared for delays and zero urgency at this place. Total bullshit experience.
