Multiple reports of 3-4+ hour waits at dock before unloading begins. Reefer units often left open during unload, risking cargo. Some doors assigned but not touched for hours. Night shift guard and some office staff consistently described as rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and mocking. Day shift generally friendlier. One security guard reportedly places obstacles in truck path as "entertainment." Facility Conditions Portable toilets only — no real restrooms or break rooms. Dirty facilities. Worst place ever for unloading been here 12:15am and there were few trucks at dock thought would be unloaded fast. But warehouse be like:- bruh you crazy or what? Been here almost three hours and now almost 40-50 trucks waiting and the worst thing is out of all that only 2-3. Trucks getting unloaded at a time. Come and back in at dock and just go for a good night sleep not a NAP.

Slow place
When you paid lumper , walk to the office and get your paperwork… Park on the street and walk to the guard check for checkin at main entrance. I Checked in at 11:45pm for 12:00am app. Got door rightway. And they took 2 hours for unloading.. Back in and bring ur paper to the office by door 151. Then they will text u for lumper. Since u pay lumper you will be good to go and leave.
The entry gate guard has no sense of how to talk or show respect. He is very rude and unhelpful, especially the morning shift guy
