What an absolutely awful company. Stay away at all costs. You do not want to do business with this company. I am a vendor. They hit my account for 1204.65 with absolutely NO AUTHORISATION from me whatsoever. I called, No One knew what was going on, I wasted hours of valuable time calling my bank and Keystone, Finally Some guy named Raphael called me and said he charged my account by mistake!!!!! , He did not sound sorry, and also sounded like he was in a wind tunnel. That was 5/6/26 The charge shows processing and nothing back in my account. How the hell does a big company make a mistake like that? I'm trying to run a business and it's hard enough being an owner operator this is the LAST THING I NEED
