Facility info

Scheduling & Check-in Appointment required but staff flexible with early arrivals. Opens 7am. Check-in process: register on sign-in sheet with company name, trailer number, arrival time. Hand over truck keys and pre-cut seal to staff before unload. Operations Drop and hook. Fast turnaround — most loads done in under an hour. Staff notifies driver when unload complete. Arrive early if possible; facility accommodates drivers before official appointment time. Overnight Parking Alley adjacent to facility available for overnight parking. Space sufficient for maneuvering. Facility Experience Staff generally friendly and attentive — though one report of aggressive night supervisor over paperwork miscommunication. Unload speed praised consistently. One complaint about facility being very hot. Issues Poor directional signage (small print difficult to read from cab). Communication problems reported. One negative experience involving yelling and staff attitude — isolated incident but worth noting.
