OPERATIONS Receiving starts 5:00 AM (check-in begins 5:10 AM). Appointments required and strictly enforced — arrive late and expect $200-$300 late fee. Drop and hook operation. Live unload with lumper fees ($40-$150 range, can jump to $85+ standard). Extra charges for damaged pallets/product ($30 per pallet restacking noted). Bring comcheck or EFS — facility doesn't stock them and won't release paperwork without payment. Seal cut at check-in, reefer shut down, staff calls when finished (though notification delays reported). FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight street parking only — very tight. Only 4-5 truck spaces available on street. Police ticket regularly. No on-property staging. Unloading speed consistently fast (30 minutes to under 1 hour typical). Staff generally friendly and pleasant. Facility described as small, disorganized, and chaotic during overnight hours (midnight-5 AM). Some docks blocked by employee/utility vehicles. Narrow turns to facility — watch for large rock at Oak Leaf Lane intersection. Don't accidentally turn into adjacent Waste Management property. Check-in at Door 6. COVID protocols (questionnaire, mask required — no safety vest needed per recent review).
