Multiple complaints about staff taking breaks mid-job, delays on paperwork and trailer retrieval. Worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered appliances online during a holiday sale for one investment property that I am currently renovating.When my order arrived, not at delivery time they promised. My appliances were missing parts and the worst part is the delivery drivers couldn’t even take away the bulk pick-up appliance I was replacing because there truck “didn’t have enough space.(so I paid for a service I couldn’t receive) On top of the new appliances that didn’t work. I contacted customer service to rectify the used with my order and they never issued me a refund for the missing parts I order and only a half refund for the item haul away they’ve never completed. Prices may be slightly lower than Home Depot . But I will spend extra to never have to go through this disaster again. Lowe’s I am very disappointed as a loyal customer, who simply just wanted there money back for services and parts i never received from your employees.
Do not arrive more than 30 mins prior to appointment time. Live delivery drop trailer in assigned spot. Yard driver will take it to a door for delivery and return it when finished unloading.
They receive you 30 minutes before your appointment, do not arrive 1 hour or two before they will not let you pass, after they drop your trailer they take 2 to 3 hours to download it
