Facility info

Appointment scheduling: Strict - arrive on time or face rescheduling (reports of 7-day delays for late arrivals). Early check-ins possible but facility opens at 6am regardless. Unloading: Drop and hook operation. Highly variable wait times — ranges from under 1 hour to 5-6 hours. Multiple reports of 3-4+ hour waits despite on-time appointments. Dock assignments sent to spots 24-25. Tight docking space — challenging for inexperienced drivers. Check-in: Early arrivals accepted but won't process before 6am opening time. Restrooms: No driver restroom available on-site. Multiple driver complaints about this. Plan accordingly. Overnight parking: Available outside for long-haul drivers. No overnight parking otherwise, but nearby lodging exists. Staff: Generally friendly and respectful. Some reports of unpleasant security personnel during morning shifts. Yard conditions: Tight docks. Accessible facility overall. Load rejection: At least one report of rejected load with unclear communication about seal issues. Variability: Significant inconsistency in experience — some drivers report quick in-and-outs while others face all-day delays at the same facility. Bring food/plan for extended wait.
