Macy's Distribution Center

Facility info

GPS coordinates: 39.8194450, -82.94951 (use if address lookup fails) Appointment required: Yes—need 8-digit appointment numbers before arriving. Drop empty requires one number (starts with 15), pickup loaded requires separate number (starts with 52). Without both, you won't get a trailer. Get these from dispatch before pulling up. Operations: Drop and hook only. Shipping & receiving hours 7am-1pm by appointment. 24-hour gate access. Once you have proper numbers, typical turnaround is 10-15 minutes. Facility: Lots of maneuvering room. Easy in and out despite remote location. No overnight parking—Love's 2 miles away if needed. Staff: Guard shack staff reported as helpful and friendly. Mixed feedback on warehouse personnel—some drivers report good treatment, others report lack of respect. Location note: Difficult to find. If standard address doesn't work in GPS, try 2300 Rickenbacker Pkwy, then go past that address up the street, turn right 4 times to Rail Ct N. Critical: Lack of proper appointment numbers = delays (up to 1.5+ hours). Get confirmations confirmed before arriving. Don't show up without them.
