Typically will not receive earlier than set appointment. Lumper fee applies. Restroom at the shipping/receiving office. Takes 2-3 hrs to deliver.
Doors open at 10 pm, 100 Dlls lumper fee, fast unloading and fast paperwork, lady at the counter was very rude , must have a bad day , all mclane places about the same overnight parking on street
I would normally give this place five stars easy in and out. This is pretty much a brand new facility. Unfortunately I caught the shipping/ receiving clerk, being very rude to a driver because evidently his broker did not make an appointment for him. Which obviously he must not have known. She also gave me a hard time this morning because my appointment on my tablet said 6 AM but according to McLane my appointment was at 7 AM. She acted like it was such a big deal that they had to work him in. Unfortunately, to me, it seems like she either hates her job or she hates her life. I’m not sure which one. But I felt like it was very unprofessional. She could’ve said that you didn’t have an appointment. Not go on and on about it repeatedly.
