Watch dock lights for completion signals — staff may not call you when done. Loads sometimes ready early. Wait times: Mostly quick turnarounds. Some reports of 5-7 hour waits, but these appear isolated and may involve specific dock assignments or operational delays. Majority of reviews report in-and-out service. Facility conditions: Spacious yard, easy backing and maneuvering. Clean facility. Restrooms available in shipping office. Microwave available for drivers. Food truck on site at times. Free spice samples sometimes distributed. Overnight parking: No designated overnight parking. Some reports of staff allowing gate parking if asked directly and politely. Not guaranteed. Staff: Generally friendly, helpful, and professional. Occasional reports of attitude issues with specific personnel, but overwhelmingly positive feedback. Spanish-speaking staff available. Safety: Gate security present. 24-hour operation. Note: One review mentioned expired product being loaded — quality control concern worth noting.
