Facility info

LOAD/PICKUP TIMES Highly variable — expect 2-5 hours minimum, often 5+ hours even with appointment. Some drivers report loads ready in under 2 hours; others waited 5-7 hours. Multiple reports of trailers not ready despite scheduled pickup time. Drop and hook loads sometimes not staged or ready to pull. Detention charges: $25/hour after 3rd hour. Layover: $150 for 24 hours. APPOINTMENTS Strictly by appointment only — don't show early expecting to load early. Check in at receiving office near Dock 101. Multiple reports of being told to check back every couple hours for updates. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES Have ready: driver's license, truck/trailer number, truck/trailer plate number, pickup number, destination city, destination customer name, appointment time. Enter at receiving sign (not exit). Park by curb near office, walk in. Don't park by main office entrance — yard staff will flag you down. DROP AND HOOK Available but hit or miss — trailers sometimes not ready or blocking spots. Yard switcher/yard jockey on site to help move trailers. Can disconnect and bobtail to truck stop for meals while waiting. OVERNIGHT PARKING Available on property if you stay out of the way. Can drop trailer night before if appointment is next day — they'll call when ready. No overnight parking allowed per some reviews; two truck stops nearby (Cayce Express 1 mile, Cayce Road-Exxon 2 miles) may charge. FACILITIES Public restroom available. Tight yard conditions with limited maneuvering space, especially empty trailer lot. Wide dock spots help. Crowded during peak times. Free samples (cereal, peanut butter) sometimes available — limit to 2-3 per person. STAFF Mixed reports. Many drivers report friendly, polite, professional, accommodating staff. Several negative reports about front desk attitude — described as rude, short-tempered, unhelpful, unwilling to answer questions during night shift. One report of discriminatory treatment. Office staff can be inflexible about policies. GENERAL Busy facility with high inbound volume. Yard conditions sometimes muddy. Get seal number photo

Rating for my experience checking in this morning 03/08/26 8:35am Lady with the green locs was very rude she got so rude she called the manager I guess Michael to the front while checking me in lol he came and had a seat he was very nice and polite I actually got to speak to him and he said he will let his supervisor know. But it will be nice to let her know she’s the face of the company and gets to go home every night so be grateful because as a trucker we go Thur enough smh customer service goes a long way I was trying to catch her talking rude but unfortunately I didn’t get enough video Meanwhile still waiting to see how long I’ll be here to get loaded

Attitude hasn't gotten any better since the last time I was here picking up. Policy is to check in every couple hours if we haven't heard anything. I barely, and politely, got "how yall doing " out of my mouth before the clerk snapped out on me. I may be stuck here but I can be stuck here on the phone with corporate collecting my detention pay. 🙃🤘😎
