Bunch of lazy clock riding folks work here. Get paid to do as little as possible.. crazy how they treat folks who actually trying to work.. ran me late on a simple transfer load smh
I arrived at 11:15 for a 12:30 appointment and was told to come back at 12:30, I came back about 20 minutes before my appointment and was assigned a dock door. I would say from start to finish I was here about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Checking in and out was fairly simple and straightforward. Once you get the green light just pull into one of the exit gate lanes and go checkout at the booth located on the left hand side near the exit.
Rude. And tend to not tell the truth or disregard what they tell you.
No people place for sure, their system is for the new kids not us old timers.. did not enjoy setting in the dock for 4 hrs not a good experience for mr
