Driver reviews
I had a very disappointing experience at Minuteman, primarily because of the way I was treated by the manager, Rosie.

When I arrived for driver check-in, there were two windows available. I went to Rosie’s window, but she didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. Instead, while I was speaking with Brianna, Rosie interrupted our conversation in a way that came across as unnecessary and unprofessional.

After paying my late fee and rescheduling fee, Brianna gave me my receipt. I then asked for a copy of the EFS check that I had paid a $5 fee for. Rosie responded in an aggressive tone, telling me that’s “not how the company does things” and that the receipt was all I was getting. I explained that since I paid $5 for the EFS check, I believed I should receive documentation for it, but my request was still denied.

I want to recognize Brianna for her outstanding professionalism. She was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent customer service throughout the interaction. I made sure to thank her before I left because she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.

Customer service starts with respect. I hope management addresses how drivers are greeted and spoken to, because no customer should feel unwelcome or dismissed when asking a reasonable question.
Showed about about an hour early. Unloaded and on my way in an hour. Nice staff. 4 or 5 places to park and wait so I wouldn't show up too too early.
Usually quick to unload and load
Very easy yo check in, they start receiving at 6am. They don't offer a lot of parking. Was out unloading in 1.5hrs
This place sucks. No parking but your expected to walk in to check in.
