They will waste your time. Waited in a dock for hours. Nobody even bother to tell me that the trailer was rejected. Brand new 2026 trailer. Also refused to let me sweep it out. They kicked another guy out.

Today is Sunday, May 3rd. My scheduled time was 12:30 PM; I arrived at 1:30 PM—one hour late—but there were absolutely no complaints. You just need to pull up to Door 28, where there is a doorbell 🛎️. I waited 5 minutes to get a door assignment, and 10 minutes after parking, I was fully loaded. Many thanks to the kind individual who did such an excellent job.
