Facility info

Gate check-in: Highly variable. Can range from 35 minutes to 2+ hours depending on time of day and shift changes. Shift changes reportedly trigger 1-hour shutdowns. Some guards efficient and professional; others rude or dismissive. Tinted windows/minimal contact approach at guard shack. Load/unload times: Wide variance. Drop and hook typically 1-2 hours. Live loads range 45 minutes to 5+ hours. Preloads often not ready as scheduled. Forklift operations sometimes slow with long gaps between trailer entries. Appointment flexibility: Early arrivals sometimes accommodated (1-2 hours), sometimes turned away. Late arrivals handled inconsistently—some turned away for 5-minute delays, others accepted despite significant lateness. Facility layout: Adequate maneuvering space for 53-footers. Parking lot noted as tight in places. Large and organized overall. Staff/atmosphere: Mixed. Many report polite, helpful personnel including yard drivers. Others describe rude or dismissive guards. Some provide complimentary drinks/snacks. Receiving staff generally friendlier than gate guards. Load quality issues: Heavy loads (weight distribution sometimes requires adjustment). Check weight before leaving. Clean trailer required for pickup. Schedule impact: Congestion can strand 30+ trucks in line. Cumulative wait times regularly exceed HOS limits. Shift change timing creates unpredictable delays. Not ideal for strict delivery schedules. Restrooms/amenities: Indoor lounge and restrooms available.

Let me clear - this place sucks! This is world known brand and the company suppose to practice the most up-to-date technologies but they practice incompetence. The fish gets rotten starting from a head. The head of this business needs pragmatically review the whole approach. It's not being published anywhere that a driver must arrive by appointment time sharp. 30 min (regular practice) advance is a crime which leads for being turned around and forced to join a line for check in once again. A line could be 5-30 trucks long which means you either risk to come too early again or to miss your appointment which they say is fine. Not sure about the rest process but check in sucks and is the most silly and unprofessional ever!

One of the worst places I've been to pick up a load in my years of driving! You need at least six to seven hours to pick up a load! There is no one in the office to even answer us! After loading, we waited for half an hour for the shift change! This indicates that this place has a management problem!
