APPOINTMENTS MANDATORY — strictly enforced, won't unload early arrivals. Drop and hook available but live load also common. CHECK-IN AT DOOR 69 (receiving, back side of building) — bring trailer seal with you. Take photo of seal number when checking in. Fill out form with box number, company, driver name. Receiving opens 7am. UNLOAD TIMES HIGHLY VARIABLE — 15-45 minutes when things run smoothly, but multiple reports of 3-8+ hour waits. Seal check delays common. No consistent pattern. CONFUSING ENTRANCE SIGNAGE — "Receiving" gate doesn't open; use shipping gate on opposite side (southeast corner near security). Staff at receiving/shipping offices speak Spanish and English. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING AT FACILITY — can park on street centerline in front or at Prologis warehouse across the street. Some reports of parking in adjacent lot. NO DRIVER RESTROOMS — only porta-potty available. This is a consistent complaint. STAFF QUALITY INCONSISTENT — some describe as nice, friendly, professional; others report rude or disrespectful behavior, particularly from night shift and supervisors. Morning shift receiving lady gets mixed reviews. OPERATIONAL ISSUES — office disorganization, poor communication on load status, dock light maintenance problems, load delays beyond stated times. SAFETY CONCERN — dock doors have lighting issues; fall hazard reported.
