Appointment required — strict policy, won't take you without 5-digit number. Won't unload more than 1 hour before appointment time. Live load = long wait — 7–10+ hours common. Drop and hook much faster (30 min–2 hrs typical). Check-in at receiving desk — mask required to enter building. Have paperwork ready. No overnight parking — Flying J ~5 miles away at I-78 exit 10. TA ~19 miles away. Tight backing at some docks — especially docks 17–21. Request easiest dock. Plenty of space at others. Staff inconsistent — night shift faster and friendlier than day shift. Receiving supervisors on 2nd/3rd shift have attitude issues. Clean bathroom available — appreciated by drivers. Truck entrance: North side, I-78 exit 6 south to Sherwin Williams Dr (Grove Rd alternate if GPS fails). Gate has intercom — use delivery number. Use GPS, not Google Maps — directions matter here.

Strictly appointment time bullshit here but just to offload 5 pallets which they did like in 30 mnts but paperwork still not done its been 30 mnts n still waiting.. all the reviews r true .. office ppl won't even look at u untill they done chatting n laughing. Bullshit location just don't expect anything good from them .
Bad experience. 5hrs to get unloaded. They dont care about you, no overnight parking

Great place got checked in for delivery at my Appt time was out in 30mins. Full truck load at that!
