Facility info

Access & Navigation Tight backing and tricky entrance — follow Winnco Dr road around building behind warehouse. GPS may default to employee parking; truck entrance is separate on Winnco Dr (white guard building). Doable but requires attention. Operations Drop and hook. No appointment needed. Empties usually available outside gate. Open 8am only — not 24 hours. Fast unload, typically 30 minutes. Wait Times & Throughput Quick turnaround. Get in door immediately at opening. They move freight fast. Facility Yard is tight and small but functional. Overnight parking not available on-site. Truck stops within 5 miles or street parking available nearby on wide roads (no posted restrictions). Empty trailer parking reported as cramped — trailers parked too close together, potential for vehicle damage. Staff & Experience Mixed. Phone customer service solid. On-site security attitude inconsistent — reports of both friendly/understanding staff and one aggressive guard. Facility management responsive to complaints. Bottom Line Fast, efficient operation. Know the entrance beforehand and expect tight maneuvering. Plan for 8am opening if you need immediate service. Not suited for overnight stays.
