Facility info

Appointments required — strict enforcement; early arrivals may not be accommodated until appointment time. Don't arrive more than 30 minutes late or you'll be turned away. Check-in at guard shack on 86th Ave — they assign dock and direct you to correct building entrance via Buckeye/other side. Live unload only — one truck at a time. Typical unload 20-45 minutes, but can stretch 2-3+ hours depending on day/staffing. You must wait in office during unload — not permitted to stay in truck. Reception area has chairs, water (may not work), and restroom. No overnight truck parking at facility — street parking available but posted no parking; many drivers park there anyway. Guard attitudes inconsistent — some reports of rudeness/disrespect from morning shift security; other reports of helpful/friendly staff. Facility cleanliness issues noted — broken pallets, plastic wrap debris on floor; swamp cooler cooling system concerns in summer heat. Gate location — 86th Ave end of cul-de-sac, left side. Don't turn into CTDI driveway — use side street before QT. Shipping operations open 3:00 PM — brokers sometimes book appointments before this; verify timing. Performance varies significantly — some drivers report quick in-and-out; others report multi-hour waits and appointment delays/favoritism.
