Facility info

Appointments largely ignored — shows up 15 min early or on time, still wait hours. Early arrivals turned away; gate only opens 30 min before appointment or 5am, whichever is later. Unloading glacially slow — 4–8+ hours standard, even for 3–7 pallets. Warehouse staff work at leisure. Multiple reports of unloading complete but paperwork delayed 1–3+ additional hours. Lumper fees mandatory — $70–$400+ depending on load. Must pay before release. Credit/debit accepted. Check-in window bottleneck — long lines, staff slow and frequently rude. Window staff ignore drivers, take their time opening. Only one line for all drivers. Gate/dock procedure chaotic — gate entrance behind building (not main gate); push call button. Park by fence if early. Fill out form at check-in office. Receive door assignment, often after significant wait. Tight docking spaces with truck interference issues. Porta potties only — no actual restrooms on site. Conditions poor. No overnight parking on-site — park along fence outside gate on Carmony Road (not secure). Staff attitude uniformly negative — rude, dismissive, dismissive of driver concerns. Management unresponsive to complaints. Misc issues — load locks/glad hand locks frequently not returned to trailers; product damage during unload; receiving hours 5am–12pm only. Rare positive outliers — occasional smooth experiences reported (1–2 hours total, friendly staff), but heavily outweighed by systemic complaints.

601 Comanche Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM—this location is not recommended for unloading. The wait times are excessive—and I’m not talking about just one hour; I mean sitting idle for over six hours. I lost my next load because of their delays, and who ends up footing the bill? We do—the truckers. It is imperative that management meets to address this issue and recognize the severity of the problem, especially given the overwhelming amount of negative feedback in their reviews.

Been driving for 22 years this is honestly the worst place I have ever delivered. The receiver was nice but the unloading times are stupid. Had 4 pallets to unload i have been in the dock 8 hours now an they are still not done. Have no idea how they stay in business. Pathetic place if u have a choice to deliver here turn the load down. U will lose an entire day of driving to come here
