I see the bad reviews, and figured I'd have to reschedule my next stop. Dry van. Appt 0500; checked in 0450; docked immediately. Unloaded and paperwork 0550. Lumper fee is high $265 for 8 pallets, one hour work.
I had a 7 am appt. Checked in at 6 am and was assigned a door at 6:30. It is almost 11:30 and still waiting on my paperwork. It's the first time and will be the last I deliver to this facility.
Worse US Foods place to deliver, unloading took 10 mins since it was a few pallets and waited over 2.5 hrs still didn’t get lumper fee text… I had to go in person ask for it because I was getting late for my second stop. The also left empty pallets in the trailer saying they are mine like what I do with empty pallets? I am just a company driver when they seal the doors I can’t open them and put empty pallets it does not make sense. The incompetence starts here
Arrived 0445 for 0530 appt. 7 pallets of the same thing. Got a call an HOUR later for a door, after 3 trucks had already came and got doors after I arrived... Docked at 0635, waited almost an hour before my light went red. They didn't start unloading for another 20 minutes... Got a text at 0930 for lumper... 505 FREAKIN DOLLARS FOR 7 PALLETS. It's currently 1045, still waiting for bills. The reviews ABSOLUTELY precede this place...
