Facility info

Appointments required — receiving 7am-2pm (some reports cite 8am-2pm); arriving early may result in wait times before door assignment. Unload speed wildly inconsistent — ranges from 30 minutes to 4+ hours for similar loads; some full trailers done in under an hour, others taking multiple hours for partial loads. Paperwork wait is frequently the bottleneck (30 min to 3.5+ hours after unload complete). Lumper fees high and variable — $210-$330+ reported; appears to be third-party (Capstone) handling fees, not facility direct. Staff attitude is a major issue — multiple drivers report receiving window staff as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. One receiving employee (older woman with glasses) specifically mentioned repeatedly across reviews as particularly difficult. Some positive interactions noted but inconsistent. Overnight parking available — small dirt lot in back; Bosselman Travel Center 5 miles south noted as better alternative. Facility layout — easy to maneuver 18-wheeler; adequate backing space; accessible docks. Check-in process — typically fast door assignment, but timing varies widely. No driver amenities — bathrooms reported as closed during certain times; smoking on ramp (only access point) noted as issue; no lounge, vending, or driver restroom facilities consistently available. Fair unload quality when operational — when staffing is adequate, unload speed is praised; quality facility otherwise.

The reviews of the staff at the receiving office stand true. It would seem an initial cold sholder welcome and if you are like me, I keep it yes ma'am/sir no ma'am/sir please and thank you, she warms up a bit. The gentleman from capstone who unloaded me was chill. He struck me as a guy with surfer vibez in a farm state. Be safe driver, and, remember, don't let another human affect who you are. Be good. Bloom where you're planted.

Everything was good. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, but they accepted me without any issues. The woman in the office was just like all the other employees—normal and professional. They unloaded me in about 2 hours, so this company seems fine to me, even though the negative reviews had made me cautious beforehand.
