Very bad experience at the Ventura facility in Ontario, CA. My appointment was at 12 PM and I arrived at 11:45 AM like most drivers do. The lady at the guard shack was extremely rude and told me to come back exactly at 12, even though security guards usually ask drivers to arrive 15 minutes early. Her attitude toward drivers was disrespectful and unprofessional. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.
I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff who works in check-in office at this warehouse. The female on duty was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to me. There was no clear reason for the attitude, and it made what should have been a straightforward visit uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff about maintaining professionalism when dealing with visitors and customers.
Appointment time 0730 waited in the streets until 0810 and I walked to the guard shack only for the lady to rudely tell me to follow the line. Go to figure out, one guy was in the front of the line asleep in the cab. I then decided to go around him and check in. Finished loading after 2hrs 55min. . this sucks 😞
I been here a couple of times. They only allow you to check in 10 minutes before your appointment. Loading process not bad at all. 1-3 hours depends how busy they are. However, Latina lady by the entrance she has a really bad attitude. She needs to get fired immediately. Her name is Rocio. She thinks she owns the warehouse . If she doesn’t like her job, she needs to quit. I hope management get to see this review every time I come here she’s in a bad mood. She is on her phone all the times. I guess she gets pay for that
Es un buen lugar para descargar lo unico que si tu cita es a las 7.00 no puedes llegar antes incluso no puedes unque sea 6.59 y no hay spacious para esperar y la policia no te deja que estes parqueado afuera en la calle ...despues le doy un 10 mi cita era a las 7.00 pm y sali rapido a la 2 am solo espere 7 horas .....
