D3 LOGISTICS GROUP: As a freight brokerage firm, scheduling timely deliveries can be incredibly challenging, but working with the logistics team at this facility makes a massive difference. We want to give a major shout-out to Mr. Garcia from Logistics. He went above and beyond to help our brokerage company, D3 Logistics, get our delivery scheduled exactly on time. His communication was prompt, highly professional, and incredibly helpful. Exceptional customer service like this is rare in freight transit, and we highly appreciate his dedication to keeping things moving smoothly. We look forward to booking many more loads with this facility!
They offloaded me right away. Steve Garcia was very helpful even though there was a strict appointment. Thank you
Steve in Fontana demonstrated a high level of professionalism and flexibility. He was very accommodating and assisted in adjusting the truck schedule when driver was running late. His understanding and support were greatly appreciated, and the overall service was excellent. Best Staff!!!!
Need appointment but Estaban is the man and will point you in the right direction and see you get unloaded as soon as possible. Definitely needs a raise. After dealing with traffic and congestion it was a relief to be met with such a positive attitude.
