Facility info

Truck Entrance & Check-In Truck entrance on Juniper Ave (ignore outdated signage). Shipping office at east corner of building, up ramp by door 1. Appointment-only facility. Check-in allowed only 10-15 minutes before appointment time — don't come early. Must bring: driver's license, cab card (vehicle registration), insurance card matching booking company. Redundant check-in process; bring paperwork every visit. Load/Unload Times Extremely slow operation. Typical wait: 4-9+ hours from appointment time to completion. Some drivers report 10-14 hour waits. Loading speed varies by load size and facility congestion. Tight dock spacing makes backing difficult when facility is busy. Paperwork processing adds 30-60 minutes after loading; can require signing 50+ pages. Operations Live load only. Won't process paperwork after unloading — must return to office and wait for staff to handle it. Dock lights may stay red until office staff processes your release. Some reports of appointment cancellations for minor lateness. Facility & Staff Bathroom on-site and clean. Parking available but tight. Staff attitude is the primary complaint: office personnel described as dismissive, rude, unprofessional, lazy, and focused on personal conversations rather than driver service. Some night shift staff reported unprofessional behavior. Only 1-2 staff members described as professional and friendly. One report of driver straps going missing during load. Bottom Line Block 6-10+ hours minimum for any pickup or delivery. Facility doesn't respect appointment times. Expect significant frustration with staff attitude and processing delays.
