Facility info
Operations Drop and hook primary method — check in, drop trailer at assigned door, bobtail to parking lot, wait for call when loaded Hand-loading tires — expect 2-3 hours minimum; don't expect speed Appointment scheduling exists but timing varies widely — some loaded in 1-2 hours, others report 3-6 hour waits even with appointments Live unload available but less common Facility experience Yard management inconsistent — trailers dropped haphazardly in front of docks, blocking access; backing can be challenging Parking very tight; limited overnight street parking available Restroom situation problematic — portable potty reportedly filthy; no permanent driver restroom noted Staff attitude mixed — office personnel generally professional and friendly, but security guard encounters frequently negative; one report of racial discrimination/refusal of service Overall cleanliness generally good when operational, but yard organization poor Bottom line Busy tire warehouse with functional drop-and-hook but slow hand-loading process. Expect long waits. Yard layout and security interactions are consistent pain points. Some drivers have positive experiences; others report significant frustration with staff conduct and facility management.

I was racially profiled at this location today. I’m a truck driver with nearly 10 years of experience and arrived to pick up a scheduled load. After waiting over two hours, I was told they would not give me the load because they “did not trust me” this was said after reviewing my ID and seeing my name. I was directly told they did not like or trust me. The lady behind the window was very racist. Being singled out and denied work based on my identity is unacceptable. I lost hours of my day and money and was sent away empty for no legitimate reason. This was a humiliating and discriminatory experience. I would strongly advise drivers and companies to think twice before working with a place that treats people this way.
Layover due to bad loading and unwillingness to re load due to weekend encroachment
