OPERATIONS Appointment scheduling: Early arrival (night before) allowed; morning appointments typical Check-in: Gate entry, call ahead or pull up to gate; check-in fast when staffed properly Unload times: Highly variable — ranges from 1-1.5 hours to 4-7 hours; most reports 2-4 hours Lumper service: Capstone handles unloading; uses digital text notifications when complete; expensive ($400 reported for 12 pallets) Paperwork: Can be slow — multiple reports of 3-4 hour delays getting bills/documentation Wake-up calls: Staff knocks on doors around 5:00-5:30am; dock assignment given immediately upon wake-up FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: Available inside gated lot; well-established benefit of this facility Bathrooms: Porta-potty on site (limited/single unit; reported as dirty); indoor facilities reportedly not accessible to drivers Lumper efficiency: Fast once assigned to door, but yard congestion affects initial check-in speed Dock accessibility: Tight quarters — doors close together, limited room to open door when trucks parked adjacent Yard conditions: Reported as messy during check-in/receiving when busy; worse in rain; easy backing into docks otherwise Staff attitude: Generally friendly and professional; mostly positive reports; one receiving clerk noted as rude Weather issues: Poor conditions (wet weather) make yard navigation problematic OTHER NOTES Best results for drivers arriving early enough to secure door immediately Avoid peak hours if possible; wait times extend significantly with facility congestion Rain significantly impacts yard experience

Nasty, vile, disgusting porta John’s. Literally can’t even move inside it. Have to hold a mid hover squat to prevent your shorts/pants or legs from coming into contact with the toilet and 100s of other peoples urine and 💩 . When your done and exit you are drenched in sweat after the fact because it’s over 100F + in there

This should be a human rights violation. Having to use these nasty disgusting things.

It is more pleasant to 💩 in a grocery bag inside the truck.

Very slow unloading, dry van goods, it’s been 3 hours now, truck shakes every 15-20 min, started to unload about 1.5 hours after getting in dock. Don’t really want to come back here if this keeps going same way. No rest rooms for drivers.
