Facility info

Early morning operation: Receiving starts 4-5 AM. Strictly adheres to appointment times; show up late and you'll wait or get rescheduled. Check-in: Quick process at office near gate. No need to go inside facility. Unload times: Highly variable. Best cases: 45 minutes to 1 hour. Worst cases: 3-5+ hours. Depends on staffing and workload that day. Uses Capstone system. Lumper fee: Electronic payment via text. Around $100-150 per load typical. Overnight parking: Street parking available outside gate—cul-de-sac at end of road, some pull-offs on entrance road. Space is limited; park considerately. One review noted "very limited" availability. Facility layout: Remote location, 14 miles of narrow backroads with steep grades off I-81. Backup access can be tight. Plenty of dock space once you're in. Use coordinates 40.787666, -76.491791 for GPS. Staff: Generally friendly and professional. Some inconsistency in attitude. Door assignment happens quickly when staffing is adequate. Driver amenities: Porta-potty available (condition varies). No inside facilities. Trails around property for walking. Walmart 6 minutes away. Navigation: Garmin may route to wrong location (Stone Landscape Yard). Follow signage at traffic light. Don't miss your turn—difficult to turn around in PA. Consistency issue: Some drivers report on-time, efficient service; others report significant delays same facility. Staffing appears to be the variable.
