APPOINTMENT REQUIRED — Don't show up without one. Late arrivals ($200 fee) and no-shows face rescheduling penalties ($250). Going early is often allowed. Check-in — Two separate receiving areas: Door 10 for dry goods (office near front), Door 19 for frozen (back building). Press intercom, wait for door unlock. Early check-ins typically accommodated. Unload speed — Consistently fast. Most loads 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Frozen dock reportedly slower than dry in some cases. Lumper fee — Required. $175–$450 range. Payment by physical check or exact cash only (EFS, Comcheck, or paper checks accepted). No credit/debit cards. If you don't have a check, facility won't provide blanks — you'll need to find one yourself or go to nearby Big Vic Truck Stop (5–10 minutes away). Backing — Tight off the street, especially docks 4–5 (blindside required). Docks in back have more maneuvering room. Take your time. Don't block the narrow road to dock 19 or park in front of docks.
