This place is the worst ever. These people made me sat here for 7 hours until my clock ran out just because I checked in 5 minutes late, all because I was driving around looking for the shipping office. How can people be this bad. The lady was okay but I feel like she did not want to help me at all she keeps on giving me excuses about everything. Even if you are 10 minutes late at the airport the plane will wait. I was oni5 minutes late because I was looking for shipping. These people are wicked. I will never come here again. Stay away drivers.
got at facility at 630am seen a guy smoking out front asked if this was the place I was supposed to be since there are 3 different signs saying name of companies and "can't you read?" they don't open til 730am ok but is this the name of company I'm looking for again he reply they don't open til 730am ok I'm fine with that but there are 3 different names on building wich one is this and I get " i don't work here" ok so I go to truck wait til 725am walk to door locked but guy is standing in office laughing ever time i pull on door handle, 740am same 750am same 755am walks to a different office so I can't see him laughing at me trying to get in. 8am lady walks up unlocks door let's me in to check in gives me door assignment I sit in door for hour and a half before loading takes place then hour to get loaded , unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, no sense of company pride or commitment, clearly do not have company image in mind or demonstrate any maturity on any level. they should hire adults here instead of immature adolescents!!
Had a 6am appt on Sunday. Got loaded and rolling in 1:30 hours. Great experience. Super cool African American guy in the shipping/receiving office.
