Unloading speed varies wildly — actual unload time ranges from 20 minutes to several hours depending on load type and volume. No consistent pattern. Paperwork is the real bottleneck — expect 1-4+ hours waiting for bills of lading after physical unload is complete. This is the biggest complaint across reviews. Lumper required — Capstone Logistics handles unloading. Fees run $128–$405+ depending on load size; $200+ typical. Option to self-unload exists but uncommon. Two separate buildings — meat/USDA loads go to 1600 St. James (separate location around the corner).
