I have had to call the 1-800 number 4 times now. They were to take away our mattresses when they delivered our new mattresses from Big Lots. They lied and said that removal was not on their order. A pick up was rescheduled. Once again, it was logged completed but the mattresses have not been removed.

If you are scheduling a delivery, ask the company if they use this service. If they do, make your purchase elsewhere.

This will prevent me from making any more large orders with Big Lots.

XPO said they were going to deliver one day, but did not show and did not contact us about it until the next day. They asked us to reschedule our delivery but the soonest option was 2 weeks away. When we talked to customer service, they were not willing to deliver sooner AND would not allow us to pick it up from their location. They kept insisting they didn't recieve the item until the day after the expected delivery, but after we showed we had proof it was recieved by XPO the day prior to the scheduled delivery, they finally admitted that was true but insisted it was impossible for them to deliver it any sooner. We then canceled the order and were able to schedule delivery through Lowes for the next day.

They set 4 delivery appointments and did have 4 trucks show up. However, none of the trucks had our product. The trucks they sent tried to deliver us someone else's product on 3 deliveries and they didn't have anything for us on the 4th truck. The shipper sent our product out for XPO to deliver 2 times and they lost the product both times. ALL levels of management refuse to speak with you and none of them have returned any of my emails. Customer service says they pass the information along to management, but it's like speaking to a foreign wall each time. Horrible service!!
