  So let's start off with....just like the others say that when GPS says you have arrived do not turn in. Go another 100 yard and you see the milos sign you turn in there. Now the fun begins. One other truck in front of me and he quickly pulls away and turns around and leaves. Guessing he was to early. Sign on guard shack says no more then 90 minutes early of appointment. I pull up and park get out and walk up to this little window and wait and wait some more. One guy on other side supposed to be opening arm to let people out is sleeping and the one next to the window i am standing at is on his phone so I figured let him finish and he will help me. NOPE... i moved a little to the side to make sure he could see me even though my truck is parked right in front of the window he is at and still nothing. He then gets up to give paperwork to another driver that is leaving and looks right at me and sits down. Sooooo.... now that there is two more trucks behind me he finally decides to say something and says can you pull forward until your ready to check in......what the heck....i said I am ready to check in and he says well you never announced yourself....?????....i have never been somewhere that when the guard has seen you they dont at least say how can I help you or what is your pick up number. That just blows me away all that time and because I didn't announce myself. Well drivers make sure you announce yourself through the little window or you might be there awhile 🤣🤣🤣🤣....got given a door and will let you all know how this goes now but not really to hopeful after the way it started.

  Sunday pickup. No issue here. Arrived 30 min before appointment, got a door immediately. Started loading right at my appointment time. 45 minutes later my light turned green, 20 minutes after that got that call to pull out of door and drive to gate to pick up paperwork. In and out in just under 2 hours.

  July 6, 2026 2200 appt<br><br>400 industrial drive unit 1B Birmingham AL- is address I was given , if this is the case for you go past where gps takes you, to the next entrance you will see a little sign for “Milo’s”<br><br>ARRIVED- 1930 , they took me in early because of what I was hauling . The papers on the window state you can only arrive 90 minutes before appointment time . Mathew was really friendly at the guard shack , told me where to stage and called me once a door was ready. There is plenty of room here and I’m almost certain the signs for staging will lead you to a dead end , don’t turn right at the fence , just pull up and wait along the curb or next to the trailers in front of the guard shack out of the way.<br><br>I was out before my appt time . Not a bad location.

  When I read the comments I thought it would take a while to get loaded, but the reality was different.<br>Came at 2pm for 3pm appointment. Got the door right away and got loaded less than in hour.<br>Fully left at 3pm.<br>Thank you guys for the fast loading!

  I thought the Bessemer location was terrible but this one is way worse. No room to stage, no room to back and it takes forever. Everything is done at the guard shack, you check in and out with them. Do yourself a favor and slide your tandems, the backing is super tight. There is no onsite parking and you cannot check in very early because they have zero room.
