Two locations: Dry warehouse at 1797 Pat Thomas Parkway. Perishable/reefer at 1400 Gadsden St. Confirm address before arriving. Appointments: Required. Don't arrive more than 10-30 minutes early — will be turned away. Check-in via guard shack or red door (driver entrance west of building). Unloading: Lumper facility (Capstone service). Times vary wildly — anywhere from 1-2 hours to 5+ hours. Some loads unload faster (non-breakable items like water). Lumper fees typically $140-300+ depending on pallet count. Can self-unload to avoid fee. Wait for lumper count before getting BOL. Some reports of extended waits for text confirmations on BOL — go to office if no message after 30 minutes. Wait times: Major issue. Many reports of 4-9+ hour waits at dock. Midnight appointments sometimes not called until 5-6 AM. Understaffed. Not a priority facility — expect delays even with appointment.
