Ericka was amazing to work with. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Lots of room to park in back. No bathrooms that I’m aware of. Call in to check in. Number has changes from a year ago. Good experience.
Spent the night in back. Nice and quiet. They pretty much don’t answer the phone until after 7. Ericka is super nice and very easy to communicate with. She’ll answer any questions you have with a smile. Got a dock right away. Unloaded right away and would have been gone right away but had an issue with the load. Once that was resolved was on my way. Overall good experience.
Good directions from Clear Lake, Iowa. Pilot Truck stop about 7 miles away. No truck stops in Mason City or overnight parking at McLane. Easy to get to. Small facility and you have to back inside the warehouse, tight but doable. Starts at 7am, but you have to call the number on receiver door close to 7am and they will come out, check you in and break your seal.
