OPERATIONS Appointment required. Live load/unload only — not drop and hook (except occasional preloaded drops). Check-in with guard at gate. Red light issued before dock access. WAIT TIMES Severe and consistent delays. Most loads take 4–8 hours. Roughly 30 minutes per pallet. Some exceptions: occasional drivers report 30–90 minutes, but these are outliers. Plan for a full day minimum. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking. Bathrooms available but conditions inconsistent — some reports of non-working facilities. Staff attitude mixed: some drivers report friendly, efficient receiving; many report slow, understaffed warehouse with no sense of urgency. Yard space adequate for backing. SAFETY & CHECKOUT Guard will sign BOL at check-in. Break seal at guard shack window. Slide tandems to rear before entering dock. Must return to guard house to show empty trailer and get green light before leaving. BOTTOM LINE This facility is known for extended wait times that will burn through your hours. Suitable only if you have significant cushion in your schedule. Drop and hook loads are rare. A few drivers have had efficient experiences, but slow unloading is the norm. Staff courtesy varies.
