Check-in & Operations Gate intercom check-in required. Have ready: trailer manufacture date, latest inspection date, pickup number, trailer number, tractor number, and license plates. Spanish spoken at gate. Turn engine off at intercom. Monday–Friday 7am–10pm only—not 24/7. Two separate tire operations at this location (Continental and Nexen)—confirm which before arrival. Load/Unload Drop and hook available. Most loads completed 15 minutes to 1 hour. Some early arrivals loaded before appointment time (as early as 7:30am for 11am appointments). A few reports of 4–6 hour waits—appears inconsistent. You'll be asked to count tires but won't have warehouse access during loading. Seal provided inside trailer after loading—bring to office with your empty trailer number to complete checkout and get BOL. Facility Large lot, easy navigation once inside. Indoor restrooms available for drivers. Overnight parking available (some reports note driveway parking near gate is tight). Clean facility. Staff generally courteous and bilingual (Spanish/English). Access Routes Roads leading to facility are tight—adjust tandems accordingly. From I-270 south of Columbus: take I-23 southbound, left on London Groveport Rd (317) east, left on Lockbourne Rd north, right on Rohr Rd east, right on Creekside Parkway south to gate. Heads Up No weekend operations. Don't arrive significantly before appointment—at least one report of delayed loading for early arrivals. Shipper attitude varies—most positive, some reports of unfriendliness or rudeness.
