WAIT TIMES: Expect 5-10+ hours from arrival to departure. Most drivers report 6-9 hour waits. Some unload in 2-4 hours, but these are exceptions. Unloading speed is glacially slow — 2-8 pallets can take 5+ hours. Paperwork delays add hours after unloading complete. APPOINTMENTS: Appointments mean little. Drivers arriving early (4-5 AM for 8-9 AM appointments) still wait until appointment time or later. No early entry even if arriving hours ahead. CHECK-IN PROCESS: Multiple check-in locations spread out — some a mile apart. Walk to first check-in building, receive paperwork, wait for text with lumper fee link, pay fee, walk back to get gate pass, check in at guard shack with license and pass, proceed to door, sign paperwork at receiving window (near door 46). Staging area entrance is 1620 Harrison Rd. LUMPER FEES: Mandatory. Must pay before unloading begins. Fees around $120-$450. Lumper service is slow — blamed for delays. SAFETY VEST REQUIRED: Wear it. Facility issues $450 fines for violations, with some drivers disputing charges. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING: Explicitly stated. No sleeping on property. BATHROOM FACILITIES: Porta-potties only. Multiple reports of filthy, unsanitary conditions — described as health hazards. STAFF ATTITUDE: Mixed. Some drivers report professional, friendly staff. Many report rude, dismissive, unprofessional treatment. Guard shack staff sometimes condescending. One supervisor denied parking permission after initial approval. YARD CONDITIONS: Described as dirty, trashy, poorly maintained. Broken pallets and trash left in trailers. Parking lot conditions vary. DOOR DELAYS: Doors not opened until receiving is ready, causing trailers to sit with doors closed for extended periods. Reefer doors held open during waits, risking product temperature. PAPERWORK: Major bottleneck. Can wait 3-6 hours after unloading for final paperwork release. Receiving office communication gaps.

Drivers avoid at all cost 0600 appointment arrived at 0530 and was considered late. They charge the lumper fee upfront, for me they are only getting 3 or 4 pallets and charged me $160. No overnight parking also if the company takes to long to get the lumper fee paid you will be told to leave and come back tomorrow. No public restrooms only porta potty. Was told of the pallets that was shipped are not what they want or like they will be more payment required. The staff have zero respect. This place will waste time once paid. Sat for 7 hrs after paying the payment and getting to the doors. And missed the next stops appointment due to this facilities negligence.

Idk if I had any special load or broker who knows but I had already prepared myself to be here long hrs. I got here @5:25 parked, checked in by 5:45 I got called. Went to door 62 unhooked trailer, took paperwork to the office. By 7:45 I was empty and ready to roll out. I did not pay any lumper fee at all.
