Facility info

Receiving hours: 2300-0730 only. Won't accept arrivals during posted business hours. Check-in procedure: Park on street outside gate/yard. Walk paperwork to office. Write company name, trailer number, phone number on back of BOL before arriving if possible. Don't pull down road until called—stay in truck and wait for text/call when dock assigned. Appointment timing: They don't strictly follow appointment times. Staff will call/text when ready. Can check in 30 minutes prior at earliest. Some drivers get early docks, others wait hours past appointment time. Unloading speed: Generally fast once in dock (15-45 minutes typical), but only 2 working docks for high volume of OTR traffic. Unload one truck at a time. Lumper fees required and must be paid before unload completes or they'll hold POD. Fees reported as high ($211 for 17 pallets mentioned). Parking: Street parking only—no yard/on-property parking. Limited spots. Overnight street parking available but dark and limited. Loves/Pilot 2 miles away (Exit 71). Yard/facility: Extremely tight, small warehouse. Very tight backing into doors with little to no room for error. Company trucks parked everywhere. Road to facility is narrow dead-end. Potholes and poor road conditions reported. U-turns difficult with full load—backing in from street may be safer. Maneuverable if you take your time, but dangerous if you pull in when other trailers present. Staff attitude: Mixed. Many report friendly, helpful, quick staff. Multiple reports of rude/disrespectful behavior from certain staff members, particularly in receiving office. Some drivers report being yelled at. Generally better experience late night/early morning. Facility: Clean restroom available. Now owned/operated by McLane Foods. Key advice from drivers: Park outside, walk in, don't drive down until called. Write info on BOL beforehand. Tandems to back. Have lumper money ready. Late night/early morning appointments move faster.

What the awful place to load or unload

My delivery process dragged on for 27 hours. I arrived at 9:00 PM, with an appointment scheduled for 11:00 PM. I waited on the shoulder; soon, I got a call assigning me a dock door. I pulled up to the door but then received a call asking me to come to the "office." There, I was told the broker had forgotten to confirm my arrival and I had to move back out to the street. Later, the broker claimed it wasn't his fault—that the facility itself hadn't sorted out the receiving schedule. All in all, I did my job perfectly, but the idiots in both offices failed to do theirs, leaving me waiting another 24 hours until the following night for a new appointment. It’s a very cramped location with no restrooms and no respect for drivers. Only 5–6 trucks arrive a night; we’re forced to huddle in the mud on a narrow shoulder, then struggle to park in a tight, poorly lit lot lacking basic amenities. The people working in this cramped space are disrespectful; there isn't even a Porta-Potty or a designated spot to wait for check-in/check-out or to get your BOL. All paperwork is handled outside, in the dim light right on their doorstep. I’ve been here several times, and every time, they ask you to sign a paper stating that you delivered damaged goods—specifically, several boxes. This time, about a dozen boxes were listed—pairs of different items, presumably for the worker and their partner. Back in the day, we called that stealing. I get it—they need to feed their families, and here was an opportunity—but they refused to give me a copy of the paper listing the damaged product boxes. After unloading, they didn't show me the damaged boxes (as usual), nor did they leave them in my trailer. The most surprising thing was that all the pallets were in their proper places, secured, and undamaged. I had personally secured the load locks at the pickup point and removed them before unloading. Besides, I have three surveillance cameras in my trailer, and I didn't see anything suspicious. Their mo

Great experience here. Had a 0400 appointment. Got here about 0315 got an immediate door. I was unloaded and out of thereby 0430 or so. It wasn't very busy at my arrival time. The guys working on 06/18/2026 did a great job thanks guys. Also do nut pull into their facility. Park on the street and walk up the street to check in at the building. Also don't ring that buzzer but a quick second they are not cool with long buzzing. If someone is sitting at the desk when you look in just knock on the door and they will open the door. Put you company name phone number and trailer # on you paperwork.

They are fast like less then 30 minutes in and out. There is overnight parking but limited. They start receiving at 10 when you get empty. You can pull outside and pay the lumper fee wait 10 minutes. Then, you can be on your way fast and friendly.
